Playa Del Cura
Playa del Cura (The Pastor's Beach) on Gran Canaria is a small, quiet fishing
village located on the southwest coast of Gran Canaria, the bottom of the Tauro
Valley and just north of the more well-known Puerto Rico. This is a holiday
paradise for all ages, who seek some quiet holidays with a well deserved
relaxation, a quiet day on the fine lava beach, and the opportunity for a
pleasant evening in the fine seaside restaurants. The beaches are great in Playa
del Cura and the area is well known for its beautiful bathing bays, where you
can have a bit of privacy.
Playa del Cura is on the way from Puerto Rico to Puerto Mogan. This area is
experiencing a rapid development. "Anfi Tauro Golf is adjacent to Playa del Cura.
This 18-hole golf course considered one of the 10 best in the world and has a
lovely situation on several levels, with a view to the sea. It is also planning
a marina with space for 500 boats, and a new beach.
Monsenor is a nice apartment complex situated in Playa del Cura, with lovely
views to the sea.
